Terms of Use

For the ArriveWell website and client portal. Version 2026-07-13. Provider: R Square S Square, Inhaberin Ranjana Raveesh, Im Apfelgarten 6, 65760 Eschborn, Germany ("ArriveWell", "we").

1. General — all portal accounts

Accounts. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. Buddy and official accounts require our approval and may be declined without reason.

Acceptable use. You may not misuse the portal: no unauthorized access attempts, no uploading of unlawful content or malware, no impersonation, and no use of the portal for any purpose other than the ArriveWell services.

The portal is a tool, not a contract. The portal supports service delivery. The consulting services themselves, fees, milestones, and refund terms are governed exclusively by your separate written service agreement — not by these terms and not by any content on this website.

No guarantees. We do not guarantee visas, admissions, housing, or employment. Outcomes depend on genuine qualifications and decisions of the responsible authorities and institutions.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for breach of essential contractual duties limited to typical foreseeable damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

Changes; termination. We may update these terms with effect for the future and will indicate the current version on this page; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data protection is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

2. Additional terms — Students & Families

Truthful information. You warrant that all information and documents you provide or upload are accurate, complete, and authentic. We maintain zero tolerance for falsified documents: discovery of falsified material ends the engagement without refund of fees for work performed, and we will not submit such material to any institution or authority.

Document uploads. Documents you upload are used solely to deliver our services, are reviewed by authorized ArriveWell officials only, and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Approval of a document in the portal means it appears suitable for your file; it is not a promise of any official outcome.

Your responsibilities. You remain responsible for meeting deadlines communicated to you, for the truthfulness of your applications, and for decisions you take. We advise and prepare; authorities and universities decide.

Buddy Program. Buddies provide informal peer support only. They do not provide legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice, do not handle money, and cannot make commitments on ArriveWell's behalf. Do not give money or original documents to a buddy.

3. Additional terms — Buddy Program members (Code of Conduct)

Role and status. As a buddy you provide informal, non-professional peer support to assigned students during their first 90 days in Germany. Your engagement and any compensation are governed by your separate buddy agreement; these terms govern your use of the portal and your conduct.

Strict boundaries. You must not: provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, or medical advice; handle students' money, payments, or original documents; make promises or statements on ArriveWell's behalf; or enter private financial arrangements with students. When a situation exceeds peer support, escalate to an ArriveWell official.

Confidentiality. Everything you learn about a student (identity, contact details, journey status, personal circumstances) is confidential. Use it only to provide buddy support, never share it with third parties, and delete it when your assignment ends. This obligation survives the end of your engagement.

Respectful conduct. Treat students with respect and cultural sensitivity. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of a student's dependency leads to immediate removal from the program.

Availability. Keep your contact card current and respond to assigned students within a reasonable time; tell us promptly if you become unavailable.

4. ArriveWell officials

Official accounts are for authorized ArriveWell personnel only and are additionally governed by your employment or service contract, including confidentiality and data protection obligations regarding all client data accessible through the portal.
