This is a reputation-led business. Our ethical commitments are not aspirational statements — they are operating principles that guide daily decisions and protect the families who trust us with their futures.
The education migration industry is crowded with local agents chasing commissions, large consultancies running upsell-driven volume models, DIY platforms that offer information without guidance, and outright scammers selling false guarantees to desperate families.
We built ArriveWell to be the alternative: premium and selective, human and process-driven, and focused on reputation over decades — not revenue over quarters. Unlike traditional education agents, we do not stop at university admission or visa paperwork. We stay with students through settlement, because that's when they need support most.
In a market filled with exploitation and broken promises, ethical operations are not just moral — they are our primary competitive differentiator. Families remember who protected them, not just who enrolled them.
ArriveWell is the education brand of RSquareSSquare, the company founded to build reputation-led, ethically positioned services for education migration.
We turn away applicants who aren't ready — protecting them from wasted investment and protecting our reputation from inflated claims.
We refuse to make guarantees we cannot keep or create unrealistic expectations that damage families.
Costs, timelines, and potential obstacles disclosed clearly and early in the relationship — never after commitment.
We prioritize preventing mistakes over maximizing enrollment, even when it costs us revenue.
Every interaction is evaluated against whether it builds or erodes trust over years and decades.
We measure success not in volume, but in lives changed responsibly. Success metrics we hold ourselves to: 90%+ visa success on prepared applications, 8+/10 family satisfaction, and 60%+ of new clients arriving by referral.
ArriveWell was founded by Ranjana Raveesh — one accountable owner across consulting, operations, and technology.
Born in Muzaffarpur, India, and now based in Eschborn near Frankfurt, Ranjana knows both sides of the journey her clients take: what it means to build a life in Germany as someone who came from abroad, and how German systems actually work once you're here. She founded R Square S Square as a digital consulting practice and extended it to education and international study advising — building ArriveWell on a simple conviction: families deserve honest guidance, not sales pitches.

One owner, three disciplines — no diffusion of responsibility, no handoffs, supported by our buddy network in Germany.
Academic credentials and direct Germany experience. Owns eligibility assessment, application strategy, and visa preparation — the judgment calls that families rely on.
Process design and delivery ownership. Runs the SOP-driven execution model, weekly case reviews, and escalation protocols that keep quality consistent across every client case.
Builds the systems — CRM, document portal, automated reminders, risk tagging — and anchors the founder trust networks in our launch communities, built through years of personal connections.
Technology supports operations and improves efficiency — it does not replace human judgment in critical decisions. We invest in systems that scale quality, not systems that automate away the human elements families value.
Discipline is what makes honesty scalable. Every client case runs through the same tested machinery.
Every process follows documented standard operating procedures that capture best practices and ensure consistency across all client cases.
Each client stage has a designated owner responsible for outcomes — preventing confusion and ensuring accountability.
Regular internal reviews identify issues early, share learnings across the team, and maintain quality standards.
Defined triggers and protocols ensure problems are surfaced quickly and addressed at the right level — including automated risk-tagging for cases needing senior review.
Most agencies hide risk. We identify it, acknowledge it, and actively mitigate it.
